The hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms had a strange smell, they were quiet and offered perfect seating arrangements. The service was exceptional, with the staff, especially Claudia at breakfast and Paola at the front desk, being friendly and efficient. The location was convenient despite some safety concerns. Dining was just okay, nothing exceptional. Overall, a decent stay with some areas that could be improved.
The hotel was incredibly clean and quiet, providing a comfortable stay with a very cozy bed and a hot, steady shower. The ample soft towels and the unexpected bonus of a dishwasher with soap were a nice touch. The free breakfast added great value to my stay, which was perfect for my business needs, even lasting late into the afternoon on two days.
